At Optimal Health Miami, Dr. Marc Gittelman is a Board Certified Urologist with specialized training and expertise in the field of Sexual Medicine as well as “all things” Prostate. In addition to his rigorous Academic training and Research, Dr. Gittelman brings a blend of Age Management Medicine allowing for an integrated approach designed to evaluate and treat the entire patient in a preventive and proactive fashion. Nurse Practitioner

Amy completed her nurse practitioner training at The Ohio State University where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International honor society of nursing. She has special expertise in the fields of Men’s and Women’s Sexual Health as well as Women’s Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for women and Testosterone therapy for men. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has terrific diagnostic skills and has tremendous empathy for her patients exhibited by her very warm bedside manner. Additional fields of training and expertise include Erectile Dysfunction, BPH, prostate cancer, and urinary incontinence.

Yana Bromberg is a board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in New York and Florida. She graduated from Touro School of Health Sciences in New York City with a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies. After undergoing extensive training in multiple fields of medicine, Yana began her career by working in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital while taking night shifts at an urgent care in busy Manhattan...

Camila Abello was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. She moved to Miami, FL in 2010. She attended Univerdad del Norte (Colombia), a private university, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She is fully bilingual Spanish/English and has some knowledge in other languages. Now, Camila works at Optimal Health Miami as a Patient Care Coordinator. She provides an efficiency, respectful and friendly environment to her patients.

​I have been working with Dr. Gittelman’s research team as the Senior Clinical Coordinator for the past 27 years. Our goal is to help develop new medications and cures by working closely with the pharmaceutical and biotech companies. At Optimal Health Miami I help our patients learn about their body composition and athletic fitness through our sophisticated DEXA whole body scan and our VO2 analytical exercise equipment. Although Born in The Dominican Republic I have been living in the US since the age of 4. I achieved my degree from Universidad National Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republican. My background allows me to serve our patients and clients in both English and Spanish.

Paula Andrea Arango was born in Cali, Colombia. She moved to Miami, Florida in 2001. Paula Attended Broward College where she graduated with an Associates in Arts in 2015. Afterwards, Paula continued her education at Florida Atlantic University and obtained her bachelors in Biological Science in 2017. Now, Paula works at Optimal Health Miami as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is fully bilingual Spanish/ English. She provides a knowledgeable, friendly and loving environment for her patients.

​Evelyn is home grown, born and raised in Miami, Florida. She was previously an Executive Administrative Assistant for many years for a local non-profit private day school. A pioneer with Optimal Health Miami she communicates with patients in order to refill their hormone therapy medications. She is bi-lingual English / Spanish and holds a Human Services-Addiction Studies degree. Evelyn enjoys long walks and serving the community.
